Amouré Flowers is a luxury floral boutique based in Dangwa, Manila, Philippines. We sell custom flower arrangements and deliver across Metro Manila. When you place an order or contact us, you share personal information with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. What We Collect

  • Your name, contact number, and email address when you place an order.
  • Recipient name, contact number, and delivery address.
  • Card messages and order preferences you provide.
  • Payment receipt images uploaded to confirm your order.
  • Testimonials or reviews you submit voluntarily.
  • Technical data such as browser type and page visit information (via analytics, if enabled).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfil your flower order.
  • To send you order confirmation and status updates.
  • To contact you or the recipient about delivery.
  • To respond to your inquiries via SMS, Messenger, or email.
  • To improve our service and website experience.

4. How We Protect Your Data

Your order data is stored securely in Supabase (a PostgreSQL cloud database) with row-level security enabled. Payment receipts are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. We do not store full payment card details — payments are made directly through GCash or Maribank. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and business:

  • Supabase — database and file storage
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Google Analytics / Meta Pixel — optional analytics (only when enabled)

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at philip.joshua.lee.ph@gmail.com or via SMS/Messenger. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

We use a single HttpOnly cookie to keep you logged in to the admin dashboard. We do not use tracking cookies for customers unless analytics are explicitly enabled by the owner.
